Plans, Pricing & Billing

1.
Credits are units of fictional currency added to your account once you Signup for an account. The number of credits or ‘credit count’ that’s added to your account is determined by the payment plan you choose. For example, a Free plan adds 2500 credits to your account, Rs.1000/- per month plan adds 100,000 credits to your account and so on. Credits are non-refundable and have no monetary value.
2.
Add-on credits are nothing but credits that are purchased as Add-on packs or additional packs. Lets say your application or website experiences a spike in activity resulting in more API calls than the allowed limit for your pricing plan causing depletion of your available credits in between billing cycles. You can purchase additional credits in the form of Add-on packs to refill your account’s credit units. Validity of Add-on credits extend beyond your normal billing cycle.
3.
Credits are used as units of payment for making API calls. The credits are deducted from your credit balance, based on the type of the API call that you make. Credit deduction is based upon the intensiveness of the performance, and the memory usage of the operations involved in the API calls.
